The Belief Coding® session itself lasts for approximately 2 hours. The issue discussed in the initial consultation is addressed during this one-off session.

Follow up:

An after-care session is designed to assess the changes and improvements, making adjustments to the Belief Coding® strategy as needed. This ensures that the approach remains aligned with your evolving goals and continues to effectively address your needs.
